If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase from any seller, you can return it to seller within 25 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once seller receive and inspect the product they will credit your account. Please allow 3-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 5 business days after the date of purchase.
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-12 business days for the replacement to be processed.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Seller reserves the right to refuse the return from any buyer or to charge a restocking fee not less than 12%.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- Seller is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
- Seller is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from any seller. Sellers are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
No Return/Exchange on the following:
- Computers and Computer Software, once any of the manufacturer's packaging has been opened.
- Electronic Software Downloads are not returnable or refundable.
- All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped.
- Any computers built or modified by Seller to customer's specifications.
- Special Order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.
- Sellers Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER (Return Merchandise Authorization)
There are 3 ways to request an RMA:

You will receive your return instructions and return label by email.
When you receive your RMA, you will have options
as to how to receive your refund:
- Credit back to your Original Payment Method
- Store Credit / Electronic Gift Card (EGC)
PACK YOUR ITEM
- Place your item in the original manufacturer's packaging
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
SHIP YOUR ITEM
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
- Print the label you received in the email and tape it to the carton.
- We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking
number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Sellers are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Seller will take care of the rest for you!
